2010 MID AMERICA SPEEDWAY GENERAL RULES:

Anyone entering the pit area must buy a pit pass and sign a release form. Minors sign all minor sheets and there own release.

All cars will pack the track when asked to do so. YOU DO NOT PACK YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR PACKING POINTS.

All cars will have a fully charged fire extinguisher. Must be in a quick release style mount and within the drivers reach.

No cars will have any Ignition components within the drivers reach at any time.

All Helmets and fire suits and race cars will pass Inspection of a race track official.

No pit crew will enter the track at any time. If you do your driver and car you are with will be disqualified. No exceptions. If you need someone to look at your car go to the hot pits.

No alcohol in the pits during the races. Wait till after the races to drink. If you are found drinking in the pits you will be asked to leave. 2nd offence will result in suspension for the remainder of the season.

Any driver to be found under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be suspended for the remainder of the season.

No driver change after hot laps will be allowed, you will loose all season point and money if caught.

Anyone acting in a unsportsman like conduct on the track or in the pits will be DQ'ed and it will be left up to track officials as to term of suspension

Anyone who is involved in a wreck and stops forward motion will go to the rear.

Anyone who is charged with 2 cautions will be sent to the pits.

Anyone intentionally hitting , spinning, or wrecking, another car automatically receive the BLACK FLAG. You will forfeit all pay and points for that event.

Excessive speeding in the pit area will result in the driver being suspended for two weeks for first offense, Second offense is suspension for remainder of the season.

Tire changing allowed only in the feature events. Must be done in the hot pits on the back side of turn 2. If you go to your pits you are done for that race. You may not start the race on the flat tire.

All fuel and parts being bought at the track must be paid for that night.

If wanting a cement pad for the night you must pay for it at the pit shack when you enter. No calling ahead for concrete pads you want a stall weekly you can purchase one for the year.

Any fighting will result in a 1 week suspension from track, 2nd offense will result in suspension for the remainder of the season. Any fighting with track officials will result in a trip to the local jail and you will be banned from track indefinitely. Drivers are responsible for the pit crew and any family members in the grandstands.

All cars must have a # on the top and both sides that are readable from the tower to be scored.

MAS reserves the right to change or modify any rule at anytime in a effort to improve competition.

If a employee tells you to do something , and you refuse to listen, bringing the promoter to the situation, you will be disqualified for that race.

Racing is a dangerous sport, Drivers entering speedway assume all risk and Liability.

2010 B-MOD RULES

Frames: Factory production complete American passenger frames only. Frame rails must extend to a point beyond the base of drivers seat. Rear clip may be fabricated out of tubing. Front and rear pickup loop required.

Body: Same as A-mod rear spoilers optional.

Wheel base: 108” min. 112” max. both sides.

Roll cage: must consist of continuous hoops not less than 1 ½ “ tubing .095 must be frame mounted in at least six places. Min. three drivers side door bars min three bars in front of driver.

Weight: min. 2450lbs. With driver after race with open chamber heads. With double hump heads 2550lbs. With driver after race. NO TOLERENCE!!!!

Wheels: 8” steel wheels max. no aluminum wheels. Beadlock on RR only. Wheel disc allowed.

Tires: American Racer kk 704 mod tire, max tire width of 9” tires may be regrooved may run 8” asphalt takeoffs.

Rear-end: Any passenger car or truck rear-end may be used, no aluminum or quick change devices allowed. Floaters are allowed.

Brakes: Disc or drums front or rear. All brakes must work RF shut off ok.

Fuel: Pump gas or racing gas ok. No electric pumps. No alcohol.

Bumpers: Must have front and rear bumpers.

Engine: Must use cast iron v8 style engine. Max. cid- GM 361 CID, Ford 360 CID, Chrysler 370 CID, No larger cubic inch parts allowed. No aluminum valve train parts allowed. Stock appearing crank and rods only. No aluminum or lightweight engine parts allowed. A min. 1” plug above oil level in the oil pan for inspection. Stock appearing harmonic balancer.

General motors: Must be 3.48 stroke and 4.060 max. bore must use following blocks - 3892657 - 3914678 - 3932388 - 3932386 - 3956618 - 3970000 - 3970006 - 3970010 - 3970014 - 10066033 - 10066036 - 14010207 - 14010209 - 4010287 - 14016376 - 4016379.

Heads: GM 3986336 - 3986339 - 3986339x - 3986388 - 3932441 - 3973487 - 3973487x - 3973493 - 3951598 - 468642 - 333882 - 3998920 - 3998991 - 3998993 - 3998997 - max. 2.02 in. 1:60 exh. Valves. Studs may be pinned or screw in studs steel roller tip rockers # 4340 heat treated steel ok. Polly locks ok. No stud girdles. No porting polishing or alterations of any kind to intake or heads. No vortech, bowtie, or angle plug heads allowed. Double hump heads are ok. This is the only small chamber head allowed. IMCA EQ head # ch3501 is the only aftermarket head allowed must have stamp and serial # flat top pistons only. Must use flat tappet cams and lifters. Any length push rods allowed.

Ford max. 360CID any ford cast iron OEM head with inline valves ( no canted valve) max. valves 2.04 in. - 1.70 exh no SVO heads. No aftermarket heads allowed. No porting polishing. Flat milling ok. Guide plates screw in studs ( 0.375”max ) and poly locks allowed. No stud girdles stamp steel roller tip rockers ok. Flat top pistons only. 3.50 max crank stroke.

Chrysler max. 370 CID any OEM cast iron head with inline valves ( no canted valves ) no valves larger than 2.04 Int. 1.70 “ Exh. No porting or polishing of heads flat milling allowed. No w-2 heads of aftermarket heads allowed. May use OEM rockers arm bars. Flat top pistons only. Max crank stroke 3.58.

Track has option to enforce these restrictions with a CID pump or by visually checking parts and part numbers. Rear of engine bell housing of the rear axle. The center of the crankshaft must be within 2 ½ “ of centerline of the balljoints. No dry sumps allowed.

Front suspension: Must be OEM parts other than upper A-arms and mounts. Lower A-arms OEM only OEM spindles only no coil over shocks allowed. One shock per wheel. Steering box must be OEM and in stock location. No rack and pinion.

Rear suspension: Two options aftermarket three link or multi leaf spring design. All components must be steel all mounts and brackets must be welded or bolted solid. Three link design min 16” lower control arms. Must use one upper control arm solid tube only ( pull bar ) no springs or biscuits located at top center of rear-end housing and remain centered on housing over driveshaft. May use min. 19” long pan hard bar located behind housing or min. 19” long j-bar mounted to steel pinion bracket measurements are from center of heim to center of heim may mount rear spring directly over axle housing or use coil over eliminators ( sliders ) lower spring perch or coil over mount must be welded to housing. No birdcages or floating mounts allowed.

Multi-leaf spring design must use steel multi-leaf springs with no additional suspension besides one shock per wheel.

Rear-end: Any passenger car rear-end allowed, must be centered in chassis. All components must be made of steel. 9” Floaters are ok. No quick change devices allowed.

Shocks: No aluminum shocks allowed. No coil over's shocks allowed. One shock per wheel only.

Carburetor; Must use any Holley 4 brl vacuum secondary with or without 1” carb spacer. Any dual plane Intake manifold , No performance RPM or Air cap intake. Weiand 7547-1 allowed.

Transmission: Any 2, 3, or 4 speed trans, all forward and reverse gears must be in working order. Automatics may run gate valve. Standards may run 71/4” min mini clutch. No Bert, Brinn, or Falcon type transmission allowed.

Driveshaft: MIn dia 2” Must be painted white with car # on it.

Electronics: All cars must have On & Off master switch clearly marked on & off. 12v Ignition only, Hei type distributer only. No Ignition boxes, Remote coil accessories. No Electronic traction control allowed.

Headers: Any collector type header allowed. No zoomies.

ANY DRIVER WINNING 3 RACES MAY BE SUBJECT TO PULLING A HEAD OF HIS CAR. M.A.S RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE OR MODIFY ANY RULE FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OR SAFETY OF THE SPORT.

 

 

2010 M.A.S OUTLAW STREET RULES

CAR: Any American made 2 wheel drive, rear wheel drive, front engine car. 101” minimum wheel base. Wheel base must match year and make of car being used.

Stock OEM frames from front of steering box to center line of rear-end housing.

No trucks or convertibles allowed.

ENGINE: Must have v-8 style engine. #1 plug inline with upper ball joint. Must use steel block and heads. No dry sump oiling systems allowed. Aftermarket blocks and heads are allowed.

CARBURATER & FUEL: Any 2 or 4 brl Carb No fuel injection. Gas or Alcohol Allowed

IGNITION: hei msd, ok Rev chip ok, No Magneto’s No crank triggered Ignitions.

TRANSMISSION: Any OEM trans with mini clutch, Berts, Brinns, or Falcon trans allowed. Must be able to go in forward or reverse without killing motor.

DRIVESHAFT: Must be painted white with car # on it. Safety loop within 12” of front u-joint, Shaft must be steel no aluminum.

REAREND: Any 9” ford or Grand national style rear-end, No quick change housing’s No wide 5 hubs. No floated mounts on housing.

BRAKES: Dual master cylinders and brake adjusters ok. All 4 brakes must work. Right front shut off allowed.

SHOCKS: Steel body shocks only. 1 shock per wheel, No aluminum shocks or coilovers.

STEERING: No rack and pinion, All components must be OEM except for outer tie rod ends May be replaced with hiem ends, may use swedge tubes, must use OEM inner tie rod ends

SUSPENSION: OEM 4 link only or leaf spring only. Mounts on frame must be OEM and in OEM location, May use weight jacks on all 4 corners, May move shock mounts due to weight jacks. May use aftermarket rear control arms, Must be OEM type bushing and be a min 19 ½ “ from center of bolt hole to center on both sides. May have multi hole mounts on housing only. Front upper A-arms may be tubular but must be steel and have stock mount cross shaft. No heim type A-arms.

Stock style OEM 3-LINK ok. Late model camaro type Must be OEM type in stock style mount in stock location. OEM length on torque arm. Min spring dia 5” on all cars.

TIRES & WHEELS: 10” steel wheel max. Beadlock ok. Any Asphalt takeoffs 11” max

8 “ steel wheels with KK704 tire allowed no mixing of the 8” or 10”

WEIGHT: 3000 with OEM trans 3100 Bert, Brinn, Falcon with 50lbs in front of mid plate.

BODY; OEM bodies or Aluminum bodies, Dirt late model style allowed. 8” spoiler with max 18” long sides, Spoiler must not be wider than quarter panels, Window opening must be 12” opening from rear upright to front upright in cage for easy extraction.

 

 

 

 

2010 M.A.S FACTORY STOCK RULES

Car: Any American made 2-wheel drive, rear wheel drive, Front engine, Car. Min 101 wheelbase. Wheel base must be the same as car being run. No Independent rear suspension, No 4-wheel drives.

Engine: Flat top pistons only, No aftermarket heads or blocks allowed. No Vortech heads, No bowtie heads, No angle plug heads, No roller cams, Roller rockers are allowed. No stud girdles allowed. 360 cu inch or less may a aluminum dual plane non-air-gap intake with a 1-inch spacer and a vac secondary 4 brl carb. No Performer rpm intakes allowed. 361 and larger must run a cast iron intake with a 4brl to 2brl adapter with a unmodified 4412 holley carb. Carb must meet go-no-go gauge. Headers are allowed . No 180 degree headers, No crossover headers. Stock type HEI ignition only, No MSD or magnetos. Engine must be in stock location. May use solid mounts.

Trans & clutch: OEM trans only. Min 10 ½ in clutch assembly. No Aluminum flywheels. Automatics must have min 10 ½ in working converter, No dummy converters. All gears must work in forward and reverse, Must have inspection hole in bell housing. Explosion proof bell housing is recommended.

Driveshaft: Steel OEM driveshaft only, must have safety loop within 12 inch of front u-joint. Must be painted white and have your car # on it.

Rearend: 9” floater style ok. 4 wheel disc ok. No quick change devices allowed.

Body: Must be OEM stock appearing body. Plastic nose ok. 6 “ spoiler allowed max 18” side braces. Must Have 3 windshield bars in front of the driver.

Firewall & Floor pan: Must have original firewall from the bottom of the windshield to the floor pan and back to the center of the rear spring cups. Must be in stock location, must be frame rail to frame rail, All holes must be filled.

Roll cage: 6 point cage with at least 3 drivers side door bars and x-brace to rear of car. Must be welded to frame in a safe manner. Front and rear hoops are allowed. Min tubing thickness is .095. Unibody cars must be tied together at sub frames.

Brakes: May Use dual Master cylinders, But may not use the bias adjuster within the drivers reach. All 4 brakes must work upon inspection. RF shut offs ok. All calipers must be oem.

Suspension: OEM only, All mount and parts must remain stock OEM location. Factory length trailing arms on both sides, No shortening allowed. Mounts on the bottom of the housing must not be lower than 3 ½ “ below the tube and the top must not be more than 3” above the housing. Leaf spring in stock mounts and in stock location. Lowering blocks and spring spacers are allowed. No more than 2” of spacer on any 1 spring . No adjustable spacers or weight jacks allowed. Rear springs must be the same length on both sides. Upper A-arms on the front maybe replaced with aftermarket tubular type with cross shaft only. Steel type uppers only. Imca stamped.

Shocks: Stock mount shocks only, Steel shocks only, No take apart or rebuildable shocks allowed. No bearing end shocks one shock per wheel.

Steering: Quick release style ok. Steering quickners ok. Aftermarket power steering pumps allowed.

Fuel: Gas only, No alcohol. Fuel cells mandatory. No stock type tanks allowed. No electric pumps.

Tires & wheels: 10” steel wheels max, Asphalt takeoffs 11” max. 8” steel wheels with 8” tires, Takeoffs or kk704. No mixing of tires, Sipping and grooving allowed, Beadlocks on the right side ok.

Weight: 3200 lbs after race with driver. All weight must be mounted with 2 - ½ “ bolts and painted white with the car # on it.

Safety: Min 5 point harness, Must not be more than 2 years old. Aluminum racing seat only. Must have fire ext , Must have window net or arm restraints. Must Have kill switch marked clearly on/off in plan sight. Mandatory fire suit and gloves and shoes etc at all times .

2010 PURE STOCK RULES.

Car: American made rear wheel drive, front engine car. Min, wheel base 101”.

Engine: Must have v-8 engine, OEM size and configuration. 360 Max C.I.D. No stroker or destroke combinations allowed. Motors must be in stock location, May use solid motor mounts. Flat top pistons only. No performance parts of any kind allowed. Cast Iron OEM heads only, No vortech, No double humps, No late model center bolt heads, No small chamber heads (283- 305) style heads 350 heads only. 3/8 screw in studs and guide plates allowed. No porting and polishing, milling, or altering of combustion chambers of any kind. Smooth idle cams only, Cams must pull 17” of vacuum at 8oo rpm’s and have a cam lift of .420 at the rocker arm. Hyd cams only, No Hyd roller cams, No anti-pump up lifters allowed, Cast Iron exhaust manifolds only, No center dump ram horn type allowed. Cast Iron intakes only, No Bowtie or Marin style Intakes allowed.

Carb: Unmodified 4412 2 brl 500 cfm Holley Must have full choke horn. May remove the choke butterfly. Must meet go-no-go gauge, No performance models allowed, Willey’s, quick fuel, etc. Must be original replacement holley carb. Mr. gasket part # 1933 or # 1929 adapters only. Or you may run a unmodified 4brl, Quadra jet carb, Must have choke horn, May remove choke butterfly, No carb spacers on 4 brls.

Ignition: OEM HEI Ignition only. No point type ignitions.

Transmission: Stock trans only. Standard trans must have all working gears forward and reverse, Stock OEM flywheel Min 11” clutch and pressure plates. No Aluminum flywheels or nodular Iron corvette style allowed. Automatics must have min 11” converter. No dummy converter.

Driveshaft: Must be painted white, Must Have car # on it. Safety loop within 12” of front u-joint. OEM size shafts only.

Rearends: OEM original Rearends in stock location. No 9” ford in Chevy, gears may be locked by welding of spiders.

Body: No gutting of any kind except for door bar clearance. May cut under fuel cell in trunk area only. May cut fenders for tire clearance, Plastic nose piece ok. No spoilers or wings allowed . Trunk lid and hood must not be gutted.

Tires & wheels: 8” or 10” asphalt take offs allowed. 10” steel wheels max, May run the kk704 mod tire but must run *’ wheels. No mixing of tires, Sipping and grooving allowed. NO BEADLOCKS Allowed.

Drivers area: Must Have 5 point safety harness No more than 2 years old. Must Have arm restraints or window net. Steering column in stock location, quick release wheel ok. No quickners allowed, Stock brake pedal in stock location, 3 bars min in front of driver in windshield.

Bumpers: Must Have stock bumpers, Must cut wrap around off the ends. No sharp edges No bars connected to bumpers.

Weight: 3300 Lbs After race with driver. Added ballast must be painted white and have car # on it.

Must be mounted with 2- ½ “ bolts min.

Brakes: Must be OEM front and rear with OEM master cylinder. No shut offs allowed, No proportioning valves, all brakes must work at time of Inspection.

Suspension: OEM suspension only, Stock mounts In stock location only. No racing shocks allowed, THIS MEANS NONE! Racing springs allowed must be same size on both sides. No adjustable spring spacers on front or rear. May use cut to fit type only.

General: We reserve the right to change any of these rules at any time for the Improvement or safety of the sport. Min age 13 years old with parental release form on file.

IF YOU ARE RACING IN ANY OTHER CLASS YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO RUN IN PURE STOCK . YOU MUST HAVE THE APPROVAL FROM THIS TRACK TO RUN THIS CLASS.

 

 

 

 

2010 NON-WINGED TURF CAR RULES

Driver: Min Age, 13 with parental release form on file.

Engine: Any stock 2002 or older 600cc motorcycle engine allowed, Also the F4’s and YZF’s are allowed. No R6 engines allowed. Stock means as they come from the factory. Stock type pistons only, Any air cleaner assembly allowed. Any exhaust allowed. Mo fuel injection, If motor has injection from factory must be changed to carbureted style. After market ignitions ( BLACK BOXES) are not allowed. No timing advancers, No modifications to timing gears ( Drilling or slotting) is not allowed. Charging system must remain in motor. Any (520 or 530 ) sprocket will be allowed.

Roll cage: Must be at least 1” .065 wall thickness, 1 1/8” .062 wall or 1 ¼” .062 wall thickness. Roll cage must be Chromalloy steal or equivalent material. Front section of cage no farther back than steering wheel. Roll cage must be constructed in a safe manner and safely built. Min 3” above helmet to roll cage, seat belts must be mounted to cage.

Suspension: Tread max 50” min 32” center to center, Wheelbase 70” max , min 50” center of front axle to center of rear axle. Rear wheel drive only, All suspension bolts must use locking type nuts.

Bumpers & Nerfs: Bumpers must extend past the front and rear tires. Nerfs must not exceed tire width on either side. No sharp edges, All cars must have front and rear bumpers & nerfs.

Electronics: On & Off switches must be mounted on dash, cowl, or on steering wheel. On & Off switch must be functional, No radios allowed, 1 battery only.

Transmission: Motors must have trans with all stock gears in working order. Any car equipped with a shifter must have it mounted in drivers compartment. Chain guards Mandatory from front sprocket to center of rear axle.

Weight: 720 lbs with driver after race. Any ballast added must be securely mounted with 2- ½” bolts and painted white with car # on it.

Fuel: Pump gas or racing fuel only. No alcohol.

Shocks: Steel or aluminum shocks, No adjustments in cockpit.

Brakes: No front brakes allowed, Brakes must be in good working order.

Wheels & Tires: 8” or 10” wheels in any combo of any type allowed, Beadlocks are ok. Old style turf tire only, Sipping and grooving allowed, (New Hoosier turf tires are considered ILLEGAL) Tires must derometer 45 after race.

Body: All cars must have complete body. Must have metal firewall between engine and drivers compartment. No rearview mirrors allowed, All fuel tanks must be equipped with a one way check valve designed to prevent spillage in the event of a rollover.

Mufflers Mandatory and must keep car at 95 dec or less, No super traps allowed.

 

2010 MAS ENDURO RULES

Enduro racing is about putting the fun back into racing without spending a lot of money. This is a stock car racing event of the most basic kind. Build it safe, Build it to last and keep it STOCK!!

DRIVERS: Must be 16 years old. Valid ID may be required. Passengers ok if 16 or older with proper ID.

CARS: Any 4,6 or 8 cyl 2-wheel drive car, station wagon, or mini van, No convertibles, No full sized pickup trucks. Small trucks (ranger, s-10, Mazda, etc) may run. All flammable interior must be removed. All glass, plastic trim and headlight, tail light covers, hub caps, antennas,& chrome must be removed. Door must be welded shut. Stock bumpers must be attached. No body cutting, chopping, or reinforcing. Wheel wells may be modified to allow for tire clearance. No bracing whatsoever except for the approved roll cage.

SAFETY: OFFICIALS HAVE THE FINAL DETERMINATION IF CAR MEETS SAFETY STANDARDS.

ROLL CAGE: A MIN OF 1 ROLLBAR BEHIND DRIVERS SEAT IS MANDATORY AND MUST HAVE 2 DOWN BARS TO THE REAR FOR BRACING. Roll cage must be welded to frame, Must not be used to reinforce frame or body in any manner. Min 1 drivers side door on the inside or outside. Must be mounted flush against body if on the outside of car. No front hoops or rear hoops allowed. All front windshields require 3 bars in front of driver or full screen if passenger in car.

SAFETY EQUIPMENT: Drivers window nets recommended. Aluminum racing seats ok. 4 point, 3” safety belt recommended, mounted to roll cage. 5 point racing harness is recommended. It is highly recommended that you use a rear of seat brace. Helmets must be snell 95 or better, Drivers must wear min long sleeve shirts, long pants, socks, boots or sneakers. Full fire suit, gloves, & neck brace highly recommended.

ENGINE/TRANSMISSION: Any stock engine and transmission combination. Must have a full size clutch for standard tranny & stock torque converter on Automatics.

CARBURETOR: One 2 brl or 4 rbl only. Must be OEM stock. No double pampers, No electric fuel pumps unless car is factory fuel injected. Stock air cleaners.

TIRES & WHEELS: DOT street legal tires. 235/60 maximum. 8” steel wheels, 1” lug nuts recommended. No wheel spacers,

SUSPENSION: Must be absolutely stock. No modifications allowed. Steering and suspension may not be reinforced in any way. Stock spring and shocks in stock location. No spacers.

RADIATOR: One radiator in stock location, No auxiliary cooling systems anywhere else.

BATTERY: In stock location, May be located in drivers compartment only if securely mounted in a approved container.

GAS TANK: Are safest in stock location. If moved to trunk, tank must be strapped in two directions with steel straps, securely bolted to trunk floor. Complete firewall mandatory. Connections must be secured with no fuel lines hanging below the chassis. Fuel cells are permitted. Pump gas only, No racing fuel or alcohol.

EXHAUST: Stock only, Mufflers may be removed, No headers.

CAR NUMBERS: A Number will be provided for you by the track according to what number is drawn for starting position. MAKE IT READABLE!!!

MISC ITEMS: Drive shafts must be painted white. Locked gear ok. Safety loop must be around driveshaft no further back than 12” from front u-joint. Ignition OEM only. If keyed , key must be secured to the column, Toggle switch ok. Firewalls must be completely sealed. No radio’s, video cameras, or cell phones in any car. No AFTERMARKET PARTS.

CLAIMS: Any car that wins this race is subject to be bought for 750.00 cash. And may be auctioned off as soon as the winner has been determined.

SCORING: EACH CAR MUST PROVIDE HIS OR HER OWN SCORER.

All cars will be inspected for safety regulations prior to each race. Officials have the final determination if the cars meet safety standards and is eligible to race.

These are not race cars they will not have front and rear hoops like a race car. If it is determined that your car is a race car you will not be allowed to race in the race.

 

2010 ENDURO RACE PROCEDURES

1. EACH COMPETITOR MUST PROVIDE A SCORER. All score cards will be checked and rechecked. Any discrepancies can result in scorecards being pulled at anytime during or after the completion. If you do not have a scorer, YOU WILL NOT BE SCORED. Each competitor is responsible for their scorer’s actions. Scorer’s will sit in the designated area of grandstands. Scorers will need to provide a clipboard and several pens. Scoring rules will be provided at pre-race meeting.

2. It is recommended that each car be painted and numbered clearly so your scorer can score accurately. No foul language or derogatory phrases to appear on the car.

3. Starting positions will be determined by draw when you sign in the day of the race.

4. There will be a mandatory drivers meeting 1 hour before the race and a mandatory scorer meeting 1/2hr before the race. Starting lineups will be posted at this time. Any car that does not have a scorer in place at the pre-race meeting will be disqualified.

5. Races will be started from a standing start. The yellow flag will not be used. Drivers must avoid disabled cars and continue to race. Drivers CANNOT leave their cars unless they are instructed to by the track officials during a red flag period. Drivers must remain strapped in their cars with their helmets on while on the track in a disabled car. The race will be stopped by red flag only if the track is totally blocked or a dangerous situation exists on the track. The race will resume with the cars in the same position they were in when the red flag was thrown. Racing must be confined to the racing surface only. Any car racing in the infield will be disqualified. The black flag will be used for a unique situations concerning safety issue and/or mechanical failures deemed detrimental to the track facility.

6. Pit crew members will not be allowed on the track at any time during the race. PIT STOPS ARE ALLOWED UNDER GREEN FLAG CONDITIONS ONLY. Pitting under red flag will result in 5 lap penalty.

7. Rough and dangerous driving will not be tolerated.

8. The race will end of a showing of the checkered flag at the end of the time limit or the end of the required laps.

9. The unofficial top 10 cars will stop in the inspection area after the race. Any car found to be illegal will be disqualified .

10. Should the weather effect the race after it is 50% done it will be deemed finished.

11. POSITIVELY NO ALCOHOL, DRUGS OBSCENE OR ABUSIVE LANGUAGE WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE SCORERS STAND OR IN THE PIT AREA.

12. All score cards must be immediately turned in to the official at the end of the race.

13. Winning car can be bought by the event promoters for 750.00. Refusal will result in disqualification.

Each competitor is expected to educate himself/herself with respect to the availability and effectiveness of personal safety equipment. Driver safety is the sole responsibility of the driver.

Interpretation of these race procedures will be through the tech inspector and event officials only. Decisions made by officials are final.
